Yes, our office is fully operational and open during normal business hours.

What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?
We offer video chat and conferencing. While we prefer to use Zoom, we are equipped to offer the following platforms: FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Skype, BlueJeans, FreeConferenceCall, GoToMeeting, Join.me, Lifesize, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, UberConference, WebEx and WhatsApp.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, our firm is always accepting new clients and now is no exception.
How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?
Our office is fully operational, available, and ready to assist with all of your case related needs. Just contact our office by telephone or e-mail and we’ll be happy to discuss your case and provide you with any updates.
Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?
The courts in Palm Beach and Broward counties remain open at this time. However, most jury trials have been suspended. The length of suspension depends upon in which court your case is pending. All cases that are scheduled to go to trial during this period will be rescheduled. Further information can be found in the links below. Or, simply contact our office and we will be happy to update you on the current status of your pending trial date.
Some court hearings are still being conducted using telephone or video conferencing technology. It will not be necessary for you to appear in court during the coronavirus public health crisis. If your appearance is required, you will be able to appear telephonically or by videoconference.
Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
While some depositions are being rescheduled depending upon each specific circumstance, many depositions are still moving forward using telephone and video conferencing technology. Most mediations and arbitrations are taking place as scheduled. Once again, all participants are usually appearing using some form of telephone and/or video conferencing technology. All settlement negotiations are still being conducted as planned.
